Help Desk

If this is your first ticket, you will receive an invitation to join the Help Desk in your email inbox. Please accept the invitation.

Do you need to add a participant?

When you create the Ticket you will receive a notification with a link to the ticket in the portal:
1. Click the link to your Help Desk ticket from the email you want to share.
2. Click the Share icon (usually middle-right).
3. In the “Add people” box, type the email address of each person you want to include, then click Add. Those invitees will receive an email and immediately become participants.

While Meridian attempts to respond to all issues in a timely manner, issues that hurt our customers' production applications (i.e. Blocker, Critical, Major) take priority. Please ensure your issue is classified correctly per our SLA terms: Blocker or Critical: Application or primary component down or major malfunction affecting business and high number of staff or end users. Major: Serious degradation of application or component performance or functionality Minor: Application or component issue that has moderate impact to the business Trivial or P1: Issue that has minimal impact on business and can be tolerated for a reasonable period. "Production" is defined as an instance of Meridian software actively used by the customer's business users it does not include testing systems or production staging systems or environments.

Please indicate your client name

Including a serial number will speed up the response time as it allows us to find your customer information and details of the hardware and software. If you omit the serial number we may have to follow up and ask for it. The serial number is typically located at the bottom outside back or inside back of the kiosk on the left side.
